Terms of Service

Welcome to Skins. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Skins ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of the Skins mobile app and related services. By creating an account or using Skins, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Skins.

1. Who can use Skins

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Skins. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Not medical advice

Results are estimates and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any concern about your skin or health, and do not disregard professional advice because of something in the app.

3. Your content and license

You retain ownership of the photos and information you provide. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to operate the app and provide your analysis and history, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself without their consent;
• Misuse, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems;
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

5. AI-generated results

Skins uses artificial intelligence, including third-party AI services, to generate analysis. AI output can be incomplete, inconsistent, or wrong. You use the analysis at your own discretion and risk.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account), which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Skins is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on the app.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify the app or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
